FAIR LAWN, N.J. — Fair Lawn voters handed the Education With Integrity slate a clean sweep Tuesday, electing all four of its candidates to the Board of Education and shutting out the rival BARK Team.

With no Borough Council or mayoral election on the ballot this year, the school board contests were the town's main local races.

In the contest for three full-term seats, Julie Mahan topped the field with 5,952 votes, followed by Julie Kossoy with 5,693 and Jeanne Browne with 5,638, according to unofficial Bergen County election results.

All three ran with Education With Integrity.

Their closest challenger, Veronica Brenner, received 2,796 votes, less than half of Mahan's total.

Angela Kerr finished with 2,732 votes, followed by Yan Rusanov with 2,532, Marcy Reiz with 2,300, Yael Suriel with 1,062 and Dianna Sopala with 950.

Education With Integrity also won the separate race for an unexpired school board term.

Elizabeth Greenfield Estersohn led that contest with 4,743 votes, defeating Matthew Correia, who received 2,848, and Dmytro Arshynov, who received 2,375.

Despite Fair Lawn's sizable Jewish community, the school board contests did not attract endorsements from the Bergen County Jewish Action Committee (BCJAC).

The four-seat sweep gives Education With Integrity a decisive victory across both school board contests, with the rival BARK Team failing to win a seat.

The results are based on Bergen County's unofficial November 3, 2026 election report, refreshed at 10:21 p.m., and include early voting, Election Day ballots and partial mail-in results.
